Susan's Biography

Susan E. Gindin is admitted to the Colorado and New York Bars. She has a BA from UCLA, MS from Drexel University, and JD from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. She has sixteen years experience working in the information industry, and for nearly nine years she has concentrated on cyberspace, intellectual property, and information law issues, and she has written and spoken extensively on these issues.

Susan's Guide to E-Mail and the Internet in the Workplace was published by The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. This Guide examines the legal issues which can arise as a result of Internet use in the workplace, including questions regarding e-mail, workplace Internet use, off-site Internet activity, personal Web sites, information security, telecommuting, and electronic record-keeping.
